Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other vehicle maintenance tasks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and replacements. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various automotive service tasks. Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle maintenance needs. Support the sales of additional services based on customer requirements and vehicle condition. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on automotive technologies and service techniques. Requirements Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various tasks. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Experience as a service technician is a plus, along with sales experience in an automotive context.
