Compensation:
$80,000 to $119,000+ (yearly) earning potential Hourly plus performance bonus pay structure Option to move into flat rate for the right technician Consistent workflow with no waiting around for work Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts) with no Saturdays required About Us At Abington Sunoco Auto Service Tire & Towing, we're more than just a repair shop. Key Benefits Health insurance with a 50/50 split for the employee IRA retirement plan Paid holidays and sick time Paid vacation with 1 week after year one and 2 weeks after year two ASE certification reimbursement Uniforms provided Opportunity to step into a high-performing role Core Duties Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across a wide range of makes and models Strong diagnostic ability including electrical, drivability, no-start, and CAN/network Perform inspections and advise on needed repairs Complete repair tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Use personal professional-grade tools and shop-supplied equipment to perform repairs accurately Maintain a clean workspace and accurate documentation Communicate well with office staff and be a team player Support a positive team culture and demonstrate reliability every day What We're Looking For ASE-Certified Master Technician (A1-A8) 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience L1 certification Experience with advanced diagnostics and modern scan tools Experience in a high-production shop environment Strong diagnostic ability and able to "crank hours" without needing training Must have own tools Must be able to handle the majority of repair work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic No complaining, drama, or workplace friction — we have a small team and culture fit is critical Must be reliable, steady, and consistent — no job-hoppers Must live within reasonable commuting distance Physically capable of a standard technician workload No desire or expectation for the shop owner to train — you must already know what you're doing Ready to Join the Team?
