What You Will Do:
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on light to medium-duty vehicles (and/or diesel vehicles, depending on your specialty). Tackle complex engine, transmission, electrical, and powertrain issues. Accurately identify issues using advanced diagnostic tools, schematics, ADAS technology. Utilize our mandatory Digital MPI (Multi-Point Inspection) system to document vehicle health Maintain high-quality workmanship-meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Provide clear, professional explanations of repair needs using the standard 3 C's (Correction, Cause, Compliant) flagging system.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience with drivability and diagnostics.
Certifications:
A-Level, Master, or World Class Tech status preferred.
Specialties:
Heavy preventative maintenance, alignments, and major engine repair.
Bonus Skills:
Transmission experience is a strong plus but not required.
Mindset:
A team-first attitude and a drive to keep learning.

$90,000.00
