Automotive Service Advisor Lundgren Honda of Auburn is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to complete our Team as one of our longtime Service Advisors is retiring . We are a family owned and operated dealership that has been serving Central Massachusetts since 1964 .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers promptly Obtaining customer and vehicle information Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage/vehicle history Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow-up time and set expectations Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explaining all completed work, charges, recommendations to customers on active delivery
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 2+ years' experience preferred Experience with CDK is a plus myKaarma experience is a plus Positive attitude and team mentality Extremely resilient and maintains composure when interacting with customers Exceptional customer service skills are a MUST Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers Valid driver's license/Clean background check Must be CSE/CSI focused!!!!
