Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Jeep vehicles, including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Utilize schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology to accurately identify issues. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as alignments, wheel balancing, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance. Repair and replace mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair techniques. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Assist with auto estimating processes by accurately assessing repairs needed and communicating effectively with service advisors. Requirements Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician or master technician with a strong background in Jeep or similar brands. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, schematics reading, and advanced diagnostics tools. Mechanical expertise in vehicle maintenance, alignments, wheel balancing, and general automotive repair procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive service technology. Strong understanding of Jeep vehicles (preferred), but not required; must possess excellent problem-solving skills. Service technician experience combined with excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
