Automotive Service BDC Agent

We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service BDC Representative to join our team! Ideal candidate should be an energetic, outgoing individual who has experience on multi line phones. As a BDC representative you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling, a "

" and a professional well-spoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service, telemarketing, retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is preferred , but we will train the right person Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Provide a consistently outstanding brand and customer experience through exceptional preparation, attitude, and teamwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their service appointment.
• Set as many appointments as required by our annual minimum standards.
• Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Collect required customer information such as email address and mailing address while building rapport.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Memorize and follow the company's word tracks and guidelines.
• High volume of inbound phone calls.

This position requires:

• Strong phone and communication skills a must
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Must be able to work flexible hours/days
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Strong verbal/written communication
