The company provides full under‑car repair, wheel alignments, oil changes, diagnostics, and more — all backed by a commitment to integrity, customer service, and long‑term community relationships Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Chicopee, MA and deliver exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and reliably, contributing to our reputation for quality service. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse automotive systems and diagnostic tools in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately. Conduct wheel alignments and other precision services to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate auto estimating and communicate repair progress clearly to customers. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with schematics reading, automotive diagnostics software, and calibration procedures. Experience working withforeign and domestic vehicles is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive maintenance machinery safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients' needs and concerns. Valid certification in automotive repair or related fields; ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred but not required.
