We are looking for A and B-Level technicians who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles while delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. We are specifically seeking experienced A and B-Level technicians with Ford certification who are confident handling complex repairs and diagnostics. What You'll Do as a

Ford Service Technician:

Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles efficiently and accurately Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards Document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors Stay current with Ford certifications, training, and technical updates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate with other technicians and support team success Ford Service Technician Qualifications Ford Certification

REQUIRED

2-3+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with dealership tools, software, and repair procedures Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic Team player with strong communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join Danvers Ford?
