We are constantly looking to our technicians for ways to make our shops more efficient via weekly technician meetings or yearly corporate roundtable meetings. B-Level Technician $52,000 - $90,000

• Mid-level OEM certification
• Work as a line technician on maintenance and light repair while being challenged with occasional heavier work.
• Flat rate pay plan
• Work closely with mentor/shop foreman as you develop your skills.
• A sign on bonus may be available. A-Level Technician $78,000 - $150,000+
• A-Level automotive technicians adeptly handle intricate repairs of advanced automotive systems, encompassing steering and suspension, ABS, airbag, sonar/camera systems, drivability issues, noise troubleshooting, and meticulous attention to fit and finish.
• Work directly with OEM engineers
• Diagnose complex electrical problems.
• Engine rebuilding
• Flat rate pay plan
• A sign-on bonus of $20,000 may be available.
