As a Level 3 Tech, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and expertise. Your advanced mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills will ensure our customers receive top-tier service, keeping their vehicles running smoothly and safely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse vehicle systems, including powertrains, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), in a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence. Duties Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on all vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and ADAS components. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately and efficiently. Conduct diesel engine repairs and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Repair and maintain vehicle components such as brakes, suspension, steering, and alignments to manufacturer specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service tools to execute repairs with precision. Interpret automotive electrical systems diagrams and troubleshoot wiring issues effectively. Complete detailed repair reports, document diagnostic findings, and communicate repair procedures clearly to team members. Qualifications Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician with a focus on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or similar brands. Extensive mechanic experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base across various vehicle systems. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using advanced scan tools and software. Experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), vehicle alignment, and powertrain repairs. Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for complex repairs. Knowledge of diesel engine repair techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with auto body repair processes and welding techniques is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, and automotive electrical systems.
