MOTIVATED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN DISPATCHER

Job description: Ensures that repair orders are correctly and efficiently distributed to qualified technicians. Communicates any possible delays in repair assignments directly to supervisor in order to maintain flow for a seamless transition to customer.

Sundays Job Duties:

Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Ensures that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner. Checks progress of each repair order throughout the day. Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly. Communicates with Service Management. Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records. Monitors shop condition, including cleanliness, safety, and the condition of shop equipment. Reports problems to the service manager or dealer. Attends managers meetings as requested. Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments. Maintains safe work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in weather conditions, this position requires you to be indoors and outdoors frequently throughout the day Ability to lift 50lbs and work with and around machinery Ability to stand, bend or reach for extended periods of time Exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and fumes from vehicles

$74,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
