Newton OR Watertown MA We are hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a busy, well-established multi-location repair group. This role is ideal for a results-driven advisor who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working with a strong team, and wants a compensation structure that rewards performance. What This Opportunity Offers High car count - consistent opportunity to produce Established customer base and steady workflow Performance-based compensation with strong earning potential ($80K-$155K+) Supportive team environment with proven processes in place Clear path for advancement into leadership roles Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement options) Professional, well-run shop environment Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs Build and present repair estimates clearly and confidently Manage workflow from write-up through completion Communicate effectively with technicians and customers Maintain accurate service documentation Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer Strong communication and sales ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop Organized and process-driven Team-oriented mindset Familiarity with general automotive repair and maintenance Schedule Full-time position 5-day work week Must be open to weekend availability !
