Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Candidates should possess excellent mechanical knowledge, familiarity with automotive electrical systems, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools. A commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities :
Execute maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections. Repair or replace components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed for each vehicle serviced. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic; dealership experience is a plus. Experience with automotive service procedures including vehicle maintenance and repair across various makes/models. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software effectively. Service technician experience with auto estimating is desirable. Mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience working on GM vehicles is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
