What You'll Do Rev up your skills with basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on our full range of electric vehicles. Drive maximum repair efficiency, whether you're working solo or as part of our dynamic team. Provide feedback directly to our dleadership team to help us charge ahead with continuous improvements. Embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude. Operate a variety of top-of-the-line hand, power, and diagnostic tools. Keep the record clean and concise by documenting your repairs like a pro. Inspect and maintain our shop equipment and request replacements when needed. Team up with other departments to ensure we deliver an electrifying product by cleaning and detailing vehicles as required. Be the electric spark to onboard and train new technicians, igniting their potential. What You'll Bring A High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or a passion for all things tech (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.). An Automotive Service Technicians License or the burning desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling. A knack for learning new technologies and processes, and the ability to adapt like an EV in plaid mode. Innovation flows through your veins; you love solving complex issues and presenting fresh ideas. Your attention to detail is electrifying, making you great at following oral and written instructions. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize your workload, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. Teamwork is your fuel; you thrive in a collaborative environment with shared goals. Safety is your top priority, always putting it first. Must be at least 18 years of age; age is just a number, but it's important. Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications . A valid driver's license in the country (State for US) where you are applying, with a clean driving history.
