In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their optimal appearance through precise touch-up, detailing, and reconditioning processes. Responsibilities Perform paint touch-ups, buffing, and polishing to repair minor scratches, chips, and blemishes on vehicles Conduct thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet quality standards Operate car wash equipment and perform hand washing to ensure vehicles are spotless Apply window tinting films accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing janitorial duties and custodial tasks as needed Assist with general vehicle inspections, ensuring all reconditioning work aligns with company standards Support customer service efforts by communicating effectively with clients about vehicle status and care needs Experience Prior experience in detailing, car wash operations, or custodial work is highly desirable Experience with buffing, polishing, or paint touch-up techniques is a plus Knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures that promote a clean working environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or errands Familiarity with window tinting application processes is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards in all tasks Join us as an Automotive Touch-Up & Reconditioning Technician and be part of a team dedicated to vehicle excellence!
