Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will be vital in diagnosing issues accurately and performing high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrain components. Utilize schematics and automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues efficiently and accurately. Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work. Service advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), including calibration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal safety features. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs to manufacturer standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to execute precise repairs on complex automotive systems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. Qualifications Proven dealership experience with European vehicles is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engine repair. Familiarity with ADAS technology, schematics interpretation, and vehicle alignment procedures. Proficiency with automotive service equipment including auto estimating software and diagnostic scanners. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service technician responsibilities.
