REQUIRED.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage customer service inquiries and facilitate smooth communication between customers and technicians. Coordinate and oversee service appointments, ensuring a seamless process across all locations. Implement and maintain efficient service workflows and processes to increase productivity. Provide customers with clear, accurate estimates and updates on their vehicles. Work closely with management to improve service performance and expand operations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, building long-term relationships with clients. .
