Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse vehicle systems, including powertrains, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), in a fast-paced environment that values technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs, transmission work, brake services, alignment, and electrical system troubleshooting. Utilize schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to guide repairs and ensure precise work. Service a variety of vehicles, including GM models and diesel engines, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct ADAS calibrations and alignments to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly post-repair. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in an automotive setting. Strong mechanical knowledge across vehicle systems such as powertrain, transmissions, automotive electrical systems, and diesel engines. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics software and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and component replacements using hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of ADAS technology, wheel alignment procedures, and automotive electrical troubleshooting. Must have your own basic set of tools. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for complex repairs. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. ASE certification is preferred but not required Certification or training in welding or advanced automotive repair is a plus but not required. Join our team where your skills will make a real impact!
