This role is ideal for a technician who can perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and help drive production while maintaining quality workmanship.

Production Incentive Pay Structure Annual Earnings Potential:

$80,000 to $165,000+ Strong hourly base pay based on experience and skill level Additional production earnings for high performers Paid vacation Paid training opportunities We believe top technicians should have the ability to earn top income.
