VAKO Is hiring a full time Auto Tech with Body work experience for in house fleet repair of 80+ Cargo Vans (Ford/Ram). Candidates must have Tech and Collision Repair experience to perform a variety of Auto Body Repairs Full Time - Flexible hours with Monday-Friday Shifts, no weekends unless requested for project work! Responsibilities Perform minor (door handles, mirrors, side/back steps/lights) to comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work on commercial cargo vans. Conduct mechanical diagnostics and repairs utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (including MIG welding and soldering), and fabrication techniques. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and system inspections to ensure optimal performance. Engage in auto restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged parts, fabricating custom components, and restoring vehicles to their original condition. Qualifications Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, auto painting (including airless paint spraying), and auto glass installation. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment. Knowledge of automotive restoration techniques and experience working with commercial cargo vans is highly desirable.
