Service Technician / Rep Tech

Overview We are a leader in DME "Durable Medical Equipment" supplies and we are seeking a full time Rep/Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivery, pickup, servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and assembly of equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background who are eager to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Experience is helpful, but we will train a individual that exhibits the necessary traits to succeed in our organization. The Rep/Service Technician will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and systems according to company standards. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service procedures, findings, and recommended actions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Shipping & receiving of equipment/supplies Perform weekly vehicle inspections and reasonable upkeep "washing exterior at a automatic car wash and disinfectant wipe down of interior). Facility maintenance "disinfectant cleaning of work area and rest room" Requirements Minor problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple service calls efficiently. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Neat and clean appearance (shirts, winter jacket and hat provided by company) Ability to lift equipment or parts safely and perform physical tasks required by the role.
