Job Description

Job Description Assist with establishing and achieving goals that align with production and strategic initiatives. Assist in developing and documenting operating guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth operations. Compile, record, and prepare material and inventory reports to keep track of resources and production progress. Develop and document continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Produce and distribute the weekly Supplier Release Schedule using QAD, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of upcoming requirements. Establish and maintain accurate supplier records to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency. Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to foster cooperation and timely support. Ensure on-time deliveries by providing accurate and timely releases to suppliers and adjusting schedules as necessary. Communicate schedules and deadlines effectively with internal departments and suppliers to ensure alignment and timely execution. Make adjustments to inventory levels following issue resolution, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained. Perform other related duties as required and assigned to support the overall operations of the department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with QAD or similar ERP systems. Understanding of
TS16949 & ISO14001
standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
