EXPECTED YEARLY INCOME

$95,000 - $145,000+ PER YEAR Top luxury-brand service advisors regularly exceed six figures, especially within Mercedes-Benz environments. Industry averages in Maryland luxury dealerships range from approximately $74,000-$100,000+, and this opportunity is positioned significantly ABOVE market compensation levels for qualified performers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist luxury automotive service customers Write repair orders accurately and professionally Schedule service appointments Communicate repairs, maintenance, and recommendations clearly Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores Coordinate with technicians and parts departments Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status Deliver a premium Mercedes-Benz ownership experience Build long-term customer relationships
