Service Technician - Windows, Doors, Siding & Gutters Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for experienced hands-on technicians who know how to diagnose problems, make repairs, and get the job done right the first time. This is a field service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, solving problems in customers' homes, and handling repairs on windows, doors, siding, and gutter systems. What You'll Do Complete scheduled service appointments within assigned timelinesDiagnose and repair issues involving windows, doors, siding, and gutter systemsPerform warranty repairs and post-installation service workConduct quality assurance visits to ensure installations are performing properlyReview work orders before service and identify any discrepanciesDocument service visits with notes, photos, materials used, and labor timeUse company service applications to track job activityCommunicate with internal teams regarding follow-ups, materials, or escalationsMaintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
