Automotive Service Advisor / Writer - Join our rapidly growing Team today!
Waldorf, MD Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+/year (Salary+ Bonus) We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Waldorf, MD. In this role, you'll help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers with repair and maintenance concerns Schedule and manage service appointments Communicate clearly with customers about diagnostics and repair needs Work with technicians to coordinate service recommendations Maintain accurate repair orders and service records Identify upsell opportunities and promote maintenance plans Support team performance and contribute to a positive shop culture
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor Strong communication and customer service skills Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Team leadership experience is a plus Familiarity with service software (like Tekmetric or Mitchell) ASE certification preferred but not required
