Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive A Tech/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, communication systems, drivability and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards as well as working to become a team leader or shop foreman. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including domestic and foreign engines. Conduct alignment services and powertrain repairs, ensuring optimal vehicle performance. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot automotive electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options. Execute auto estimating for necessary repairs and maintenance services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department. Experience 10 years plus experience is a must, with a strong understanding of automotive service industry. Proficiency in automotive electrical diagnostics, communication diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and repair techniques is essential. Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Strong customer service skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs.
