Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Tire and Lube Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will perform tire replacements, wheel alignments, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your mechanical skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections Assist with wheel alignments and brake inspections as needed Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards during service operations Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service delivery Qualifications Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment like ohmmeters Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior experience in automotive service or tire/lube shop is preferred but not required Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your skills and passion for automotive care!
