Automotive Service Writer

Norm's Used Cars is looking for a permanent full-time Automotive Front Counter Service Writer, prior automotive experience helpful. We are a family owned and operated business with an excellent reputation celebrating 47 years in the business.

Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments Selling service and repair work Good organization and basic computer skills Cash out customers Writing Repair orders and assigning to technicians Data Entry into industry specific software Order parts for technicians Working with Vendors for tires and parts Answer phones in a timely manner while waiting on customers

Front Counter Service Writer Requirements:
