Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles efficiently and accurately Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford standards Complete repair orders and documentation properly Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance services Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Ford certification preferred but not required Strong diagnostic and repair skills Dependable work history Positive attitude and team-first mindset Pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license The Right Person We're not looking for just another technician.
