  • Direct technical support from a Field Service Engineer when you need it Role Overview Mobile automotive technician providing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations.
Work independently from a fully equipped company van with dedicated support for scheduling, parts procurement, and technical assistance. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repairs at customer locations Communicate professionally with customers in a relationship-first capacity Follow scheduled service calls efficiently Complete accurate digital documentation Use technical support when facing complex diagnostics Represent the company professionally Maintain an organized van and equipment Compensation & Benefits Up to $65/hr based on experience and work type, plus use of company-provided van and tools
What We Provide:

Requirements We value technicians who can independently diagnose problems, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Must Have:
Clean driving record and background check 2+ years hands-on automotive repair experience Solid technical foundation
  • handle common repairs confidently Valid driver's license Professional appearance and positive demeanor Ability to collaborate respectfully and professionally with people of all genders, nationalities and cultural backgrounds Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and accountable Know when to ask for diagnostic support
Preferred:
ASE certifications Dealership or independent shop background Schedule Full-time preferred: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional rotating Saturday availability Part-time considered: Minimum 30 hours/week for experienced candidates How to Apply Email resume and cover letter to .
