What You'll Do As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will help keep our service lane moving by performing routine maintenance services efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Responsibilities include:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs and safety concerns Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership service environment Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and teammates to help create a smooth customer experience Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism Assist where needed to keep the shop moving Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Previous experience as a Lube Technician, Express Technician, Oil Change Technician, or Automotive Maintenance Technician required Experience working in a dealership or fast-paced service shop preferred Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in and support others Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to follow repair orders, processes, and safety standards Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Positive attitude and desire to continue growing in the automotive industry What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Career growth opportunities within Lithia & Driveway Supportive, team-focused service environment Hands-on experience in a busy dealership shop Training and development opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle purchase programs Ready to Join a High-Volume Service Team?
