Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise in automotive service will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our shop. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace defective parts using power tools and other equipment. Work on various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or service center setting. Strong knowledge of automotive service techniques and diagnostics. Familiarity with power tools and automotive repair equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to continuous learning about new automotive technologies and systems.
