Lube Technician WILLING TO TRAIN

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This energetic position involves performing routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately, with a focus on delivering top-quality care to every vehicle that comes through our service bay. As a key member of our service team, you will help keep vehicles running smoothly while providing excellent customer service and support. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and speed. Conduct fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle operation. Assist with wheel alignments, tire service, and brake inspections as needed. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance procedures efficiently. Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors. Support automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately. Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as replacing belts, hoses, or batteries under supervision. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanic experience with knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs. Service technician experience or automotive service background is a plus. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is desirable.
