Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, gas engines, and other mechanical systems with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to execute repairs and maintenance tasks. Complete vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to uphold safety standards. Repair or replace automotive electrical systems, sensors, modules, and other electronic components to restore vehicle functionality. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair environments. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and interpreting schematics for complex systems. Familiarity with multiple vehicle makes/models. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software/tools. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills in automotive repair scenarios. Prior experience working with service departments that prioritize customer service excellence is preferred.
