We are a busy high volume shop looking to add another rockstar to our team. No weekends! We win as a team and lose as a team. We are a fully quipped 10 bay facility and constantly growing and we cant keep up! That's where you come in. No pay caps, no warranty pay cuts, no surprise goodwill removed hours etc.

Overview We are seeking a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. This role is well-suited for a technician who takes pride in their work, values doing repairs correctly the first time, and wants to work in a professional, well-organized shop environment. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle concerns, performing quality repairs, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, tools, and service information is essential to maintaining efficiency, safety, and high standards of workmanship. Responsibilities Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles. Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize power tools and equipment safely to execute repairs and maintenance tasks. Align wheels and adjust vehicle components as needed to ensure optimal performance. Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems effectively. Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and parts required. Repair diesel engines as necessary, demonstrating specialized knowledge in diesel engine repair. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Actively maintain Certifications required for position Experience Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred. Strong understanding of automotive service processes and procedures. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment. Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks across various makes and models. Knowledge of diesel engine repair is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
BENEFITS
Health Insurance offering: HAP Gold+ (includes Dental and Vision coverage.) Monthly contribution from employer to employer offered plan up to $500. Employee responsible for any additional amounts and added family member's additional cost. 401K with match. Eligible after 3 months of employment. Employer match 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% (total of 4% match) Paid Time Off (PTO): 24 hours of paid sick time available at 90 days from hire date.
Vacation:
80 hours (2 weeks) earned on the one-year anniversary of your start date.
