Mechanic

Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience working with various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Duties Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform repairs on various components including shocks, struts, air brakes, and tire services. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Read and interpret schematics to understand the layout of systems for troubleshooting. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of machinery. Collaborate with team members to identify problems and develop solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for mechanical repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. Experience with air brake systems, shocks, struts, and tire service is preferred. Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting complex systems. Familiarity with crane operation is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
