  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Must have state certifications. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, suspension, brakes, hvac, and automotive electrical systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately. Work with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to ensure proper functionality. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in auto estimating for repairs and services needed on customer vehicles. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency and quality. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician, preferably in a dealership setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair and welding skills. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment and software. Familiarity with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles is a plus. Excellent understanding of automotive electrical systems and their components. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed. State Certifications Effective communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.
