Lasco Ford is one of Michigan's highest-volume Ford dealerships and one of the top pre-owned vehicle retailers in the state. We are looking for experienced Used Car Reconditioning Technicians to help keep our growing inventory moving quickly from acquisition to frontline ready. Depending on business needs and staffing, this position may work primarily from our Lasco Ford location in Fenton or our dedicated Lasco Recon Center in Grand Blanc , where we process and recondition a large volume of pre-owned vehicles. What You'll Do Perform used vehicle inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical concerns Complete maintenance services Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs Identify additional recon needs Help reduce days-to-line and prepare vehicles for retail sale Maintain repair quality and efficiency standardsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:
Previous automotive repair experience Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong work ethic and dependable attendancePreferred:
