We are a small 3 person crew looking for another co-worker to help on the ground and drive our manual bucket truck!

Person Position Requirements:

Manual Endorsement Grounds Person Position Overview:

Ability to drive/back up a truck and trailer. Assist with job site set ups, getting gear out of trucks. Work alongside the rest of the crew during the job and help process material efficiently. Using backpack blowers, saws, tractors, trailers, chippers, and stump grinders, as needed. Helping a climber or bucket operator with rigging & rope management. Operate and maintain all equipment safely, while wearing proper PPE. Assist with driving, parking, backing up, and emptying of trailers and trucks. Assist with job site clean ups.

The Tree Meister Employment Details:

Position is paid hourly (24.00/hr + depending on experience) Full time tree care during spring/summer/fall. Slower in the winter but we usally still work unless the weather is really bad. Schedule is structured as five 8-10 hour days. Demonstrate ANSI industry safety standards and procedures. Willingness to further knowledge and grow within the company. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. We provide uniforms and P.P.E., other than boots.

Schedule:

8-10 hour shifts. M-F (No Weekends) Supplemental pay types: Tips PTO Paid Holidays Ability to commute: Grand Blanc, Mi. Our yard is near Irish and East Maple. That is where we start from every morning.
