Our employees are well compensated and are eligible for health care ensure and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Perform metallurgical testing to analyze material structure, hardness, case depth, and other tests as required Testing must follow all required specifications and be performed quickly to meet production deadlines Review test results comparing them to the specifications, prepare reports and approve materials based on criteria and requirements Promptly communicate results the met lab supervisor and plant management Develop and maintain charts and reports for the sediment and metallurgical processes Comply with all Global Manufacturing System systems and procedures Ability to problem-solve during manufacturing processes Safely and correctly operate lab equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and report any issues to management Requirements High School graduate or equivalent Strong computer skills, ability to organize and prepare reports Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment, including always wearing the proper PPE, safely handling chemicals, and reporting unsafe work conditions or equipment immediately Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Benefits Become an Employee Owner.
