We are seeking an experienced Quick Lube Technician to join our service department and contribute to our reputation for quality and efficiency.
Position Summary:
The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have prior lube technician experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic vehicle maintenance Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential service needs Check and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other minor components as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs and services performed Assist other technicians and service team members as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a lube technician or in automotive maintenance (required) Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures Ability to operate basic automotive tools and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time position - Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays Starting wage: $15/hour Eligible for benefits, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles and services 401(k) with company match
