We are looking to internalize some of our vehicle maintenance cost by adding a full time mechanic to our team. You would be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 2290 S Canal Road, Lansing MI 48917 and 6701 Portage Rd, Portage, MI 49002, 3466 Shippers Dr, Grand Rapids, MI 49544 The Job will require trucks up and be a backup driver just in case of a call in. we are looking to internalize are tires, brake pads and oil changes. There will be a weekly vehicle Maintenance check list that will be required to be completed. You will also be responsible to communicate with all our other mechanic shops giving them work orders that you don't have the ability to complete in the terminal. We have a Trailer with tire changer and a vehicle for you to travel between terminals as neeeded. Looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team!
