Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, diesel equipment, and trucks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with vehicles
• Front end alignments
• Swapping out of transmissions
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the fleet

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mechanic or similar role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair techniques
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience with soldering, welding, and tire service is a plus
