Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Puller, where you'll play a vital role in the automotive recycling and repair process. This energetic position involves efficiently extracting vehicle parts from a variety of automobiles to support auto restoration, repair, and resale operations. Responsibilities Safely remove and extract auto parts from vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Disassemble vehicles with precision, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines Use mechanical knowledge to identify valuable parts and ensure proper removal techniques Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed during the disassembly process Lift heavy vehicle components regularly, adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting Maintain organized work areas and document parts pulled for inventory accuracy Support auto body repair and auto restoration projects by providing quality parts extraction Requirements Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair processes Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic auto service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, or automotive service is preferred Prior mechanic experience or auto restoration background is a plus Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures during disassembly tasks Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately This role offers an engaging environment where your mechanical skills can thrive!
