Automotive Service Advisor

Service Advisor Primary Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, making them feel at home Writing customer's vehicle concerns accurately on repair order Referring to service history to recommend necessary maintenance or repairs. Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Working as a team with technicians to keep customers in the loop Extraordinary communication with customers with consistent status updates Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction with integrity

Service Advisor Required Experience:

Two plus years of customer service experience preferred Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Positive attitude, enjoys competition and working as a team Superior customer service skills Wage is starting at $40,000 per year but will vary depending on performance and experience In order to be eligible for hire, you must pass pre-employment requirements: a valid driver's license with a clean record, pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
