Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle receives top-quality care while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive skills in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and customer satisfaction are key. We are a family owed quick lube with a few locations. Ideal candidate would have strong experience in a quick lube setting. Duties Conduct quick and thorough oil changes using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify common issues and communicate findings effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Support the service team with general vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Experience in automotive service including oil changes, tire service,, and basic repairs. in a quick lube setting highly preferred Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic is a plus. Knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical troubleshooting techniques is desirable.
