Position Details:

As an experienced Semi-Trailer Technician, you will: Perform expert-level repair and maintenance on air brake systems, hydraulics, lift axles, and ABS. Utilize advanced fabrication and welding skills for structural and custom repair tasks. Execute frame straightening and structural restoration with precision. Diagnose and repair walking floors and other trailer-specific systems. Work on a variety of trailer types, including specialized units requiring advanced mechanical expertise.

Requirements:

Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a semi- trailer technician, with expertise in fabrication, frame straightening, air brakes, lift axles, and walking floor systems. Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication techniques. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex trailer systems. Mechanical certification or relevant technical training is preferred but not required for highly experienced candidates.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience, with performance bonuses available.
