We are an award winning, family owned automotive repair facility equipped with modern diagnostic equipment, advanced repair technology, and a team-focused environment where technicians are respected and supported. What You'll Do / Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting using OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment. Interpret wiring diagrams, service information, and manufacturer repair procedures. Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems. Repair and maintain gasoline, hybrid, diesel, and electric vehicle systems (experience preferred). Advanced Technology Utilize scan tools, oscilloscopes, programming equipment, and diagnostic software. Perform ADAS calibrations and repairs (training available). Conduct vehicle programming, module replacement, and electronic system repairs. Stay current with rapidly evolving automotive technology. Quality & Documentation Complete digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos. Accurately document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations. Follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time. Team Collaboration Work closely with service advisors and management. Assist fellow technicians when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Help maintain a positive and professional shop culture. Qualifications Required 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience using scan tools and automotive diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform repairs independently. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
