We are seeking hands-on mechanical professionals experienced in vehicle systems, heavy equipment, mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, assembly, and prototype support within manufacturing or industrial environments. Build, modify, and support prototype and pre-production vehicles Perform installation, adjustment, and repair of mechanical systems and components Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions Support engineering and testing activities during vehicle development Disassemble and reassemble mechanical assemblies for inspection and modification Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Operate shop equipment and material handling devices safely and effectively Prepare vehicles and systems for testing, demonstrations, and transport Maintain accurate work records and communicate technical findings Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on mechanical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or vehicle maintenance environment. Experience working with medium-duty or heavy-duty vehicles, equipment, or mechanical systems. Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate shop tools and material handling equipment. Willingness to work extended hours or overtime as required. Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20% ).
