About us Monroe Quick Lube Plus is a small business in Monroe, MI. We are a fast growing business looking for dependable team members to grow with us as our business grows . We need more
LUBE TECHNICIANS
with a minimum of 3 years of experience!Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Growth opportunitiesDuties:
- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid and air filter checks.
- Inspect vehicles for any additional service needs and communicate findings to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of services performed.
- Assist with sales efforts by recommending additional services or products to customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the position. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively. Must have a great attitude and work well with others Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment availability to work Monday to Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm.Note:

$12.50- $17.
